Tree Stride: Once on each of its turns, the wood woad can use 10 feet of its movement to step magically into one living tree within 5 feet of it and emerge from a second living tree within 60 feet of it that it can see, appearing in an unoccupied space within 5 feet of the second tree. Cpt kirstov 16:57, 19 February 2009 (UTC) Agreed, I was at first confused to see orcs and goblins in this category, in Pathfinder/D&D terms race is mostly assumed to mean playable races, we could have a civilised race/wild race divide, but maybe just have the main races as Races, and other races as Races (other), Or Races (playable)/Races. Plant Camouflage: The wood woad has advantage on Dexterity (Stealth) checks it makes in any terrain with ample obscuring plant life. Although you probably could add all of them back in if you wanted to make it more exotic than your normal races.Ībility Score Increase: Strength +2, Constitution +1Īgile Climber: The wood woad can climb trees and other vegetation at its normal speed. but that loss is countered by not including its Vulnerability to fire. I removed its Bludgeoning and Piercing resistances and its Charmed and Frightened condition immunities. Bear in mind the normal WW is a CR5 and thus I've reduced a fair bit of its power. Here's a quick write-up I put together for the Wood Woad, were you to make it a playable race.
